Sprouted Green Gram Gravy For Chappathi

Sprouted Green Gram Gravy For Chappathi is easy and healthy recipe which is less spicy and tasty with just three ingredients.

Moong, like other lentils and pulses, is a good source of protein and dietary fibre. It is low in fat and rich in B complex vitamins, calcium and potassium. These moong sprouts can be used to make soup, salads and sandwiches. I love it most when eaten with pani poori.

We can store sprouted moong in fridge for a weeks time, it keeps sprouting and getting rich in vitamin C. We can prepare easy recipes like this in a lazy day. :P
