Egg mayonnaise sandwich is really a very easy and tasty recipe. My husband always chooses white bread over wheat bread, but when it comes to this on the breakfast table I could spot a happy face:) :)We always have variety of breads at home for easy takeaway recipes.

- In a tawa, make egg and season it with salt and pepper. Slice it into squares with knife or pizza cutter.
- Spread some mayonnaise on a slice of bread, top it with few cucumber slices, tomato slice, egg slice and then a layer of few small lettuce leaves and a egg slice closed with a slice of bread with mayonnaise spread.
- You can make boiled eggs and slice it thinly and keep.
- I have used diet mayonnaise, you can try spiced ones too.
- If you are packing for takeaway, wrap it completely with cling wrap to preserve freshness.
- If desired, cut into half diagonally before serving.
- For a healthier choice, you can skip egg yolk. But egg yolks are tasty!!!
