Lollipop Chocolates

Who doesn't like a lollipop? As kids I still remember how much we used to like chocolates and lollipops.

Easy and healthy dark chocolate lollipop which you can guide the kids to try making them. I am sure they would love to!!! Dark chocolate has lots of benefits for our health. So lets celebrate some chocolicious packed health with our kiddos.  

LOLLIPOP CHOCOLATE
Ingredients:
Dark Chocolate 100 grams
Vanilla Essence drop

Preparation:
  1. In a microwave bowl, take the roughly chopped dark chocolate and microwave in HIGH (100%) for one minute. Smooth en with a spoon. You get silky smooth dark chocolate ready to be set in mould.
  2. Pour the chocolate sauce with piping bag or spoon into the cavity of moulds placed with lollipop sticks in centre.Gently tap the mould to ensure that no air bubbles are present and the chocolate has spread well. Freeze for 15-20 minutes.Press to pop out chocolates. Wrap and keep airtight. 

Notes:
  • Chocolate will crystallize and shrink out of the mould. In the last picture, you can see that the chocolate has retracted from the mould once its formed. If it still sticks to the mould, keep in fridge for another 5 minutes. 
  • Keep the moulds very clean.
  • Wipe off any excess on the sides with a tissue paper.
  • Wrap immediately and keep in air tight container. Stays longer.
