|Wheat Flour||1 Cup|
|Baking Powder||1 tsp|
|Baking Soda||1/2 tsp|
|Mango purée||1 Cup|
|Vanilla Essence||1 tsp|
Method of Preparation:
1.Preheat the oven to 200 degree C. Take a wide bowl, sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt twice. Keep it closed aside while preparing the wet ingredients.
2.Make mango puree with blender. In a bowl, add mango puree, oil, sugar, vanilla essence, milk and mix well.
- You can replace this recipe with all purpose flour.
- You can also add small chunks of mango inside the batter.
- You can less the quantity of mango pulp used as this recipe has strong mango flavour.
