Nothing says summer like watermelons, which are packed full of vitamin C. Its a perfect thirst quencher any time during the day!!!
Lemons are always so refreshing and a combo of watermelon and lemon is definitely miraculous refreshing drink.
WATERMELON QUENCHER

Preparation Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 1 minute Serves: 2
Ingredients:
Watermelon pieces - 2 cups
Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Ice Cubes - 1/2 cup
Method of Preparation:
Puree the watermelon pieces in a blender or juicer with lemon, sugar and ice cubes for a minute or until blended smooth. Serve immediately.
Notes:
- Instead of using ice cubes while blending, you can refrigerated and serve.
- You can also add a piece of ginger.
- You can also sieve the mixture for a fine juice. Kids prefer this way.
Serve chilled and you would definitely feel...wow...what a refreshing drink!!!!

I am a big watermelon fan... i would add a hint of black salt or pepper to it, just to add that zing!!! Great clicks :)
