AMLA GINGER JUICE RECIPE
Recipe Category: Beverages
Preparation Time: 3 minutes Serves: 4 cups
Ingredients:

Amla - 6-8,washed, deseeded
Ginger - 1 inch piece,chopped
Sugar - 2 tbsp or to taste
Salt - pinch
Ginger Powder - 1/2 tsp
Water or Chilled Water - required for the concentrate 

Method of Preparation:

Wash and deseed the amla's. Chop them and add to the blender. Add ginger and sugar to it. Pulse it for a minute. Add water required and blend well. Strain the pulp in a fine strainer and then discard the pulp. Add required water and adjust according to your taste. Serve chilled in a glass with sprinkled ginger powder on top.
