SCRAMBLED EGGS RECIPE

Ingredients:
Eggs - 4
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Pepper Powder - 2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Onion - 1,big,chopped finely
Green Chillies - 2, finely chopped
Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp ,chopped finely
To Temper:
Oil - 1 tbsp
Curry Leaves - 7-10
Dry Red Chillies - 2 broken
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Pepper Powder - 2 tsp
Salt - to taste

Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp ,chopped finely

Oil - 1 tbsp
Curry Leaves - 7-10
Dry Red Chillies - 2 broken
Method of Preparation:
In a mixing bowl, break open the eggs, add red chilli, pepper powder and salt. Whisk well for a minute or till turns foamy. Add the chopped onions, green chillies and coriander leaves. Whisk well.
In a pan, heat oil and add the items to temper, then pour the egg mixture into the hot pan while continuously stirring the pan with the whisk. In a minute, the scrambled eggs is done.
