A simple sweet corn milk gravy for chappathi. When I first made this gravy, I never expected my DH to like it..but he actually loved it so much that he served him more and more. So, I now prepare this easy recipe often!!
SWEET CORN GRAVY RECIPE

Ingredients:
Sweet Corn - 1 cup (Fresh or Frozen)
Water - 1 cup For Sweet Corn Pressure Cooking
Oil - 2 tbsp
Onion - 1, finely chopped
Capsicum - 1/ 2, finely chopped
Tomato - 1, finely chopped
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
Water - 1/4 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Salt - to taste
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves - few
Water - 1 cup For Sweet Corn Pressure Cooking
Oil - 2 tbsp
Onion - 1, finely chopped
Capsicum - 1/ 2, finely chopped
Tomato - 1, finely chopped
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
Water - 1/4 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Salt - to taste
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves - few

Notes:
- The gravy is in runny consistency. If you prefer thick gravy, add coconut paste made with water and poppy seeds (2 tbsp).
- Instead of pressure cooking corn, you can cook in the mixture itself by adding extra water.
