EQUIPMENTS NEEDED:
Flat board, butter paper, hand blender or whisk, spatula, cookie cutter or knife, baking tray.
Method of Preparation:
1. Pre Heat the oven at 180 degrees C. Weigh the ingredients and keep it ready. In a mixing bowl add all the dry ingredients and mix well.
2. Take another mixing bowl, add the wet ingredients and cream it really well. Now combine wet ingredients little by little to the dry ingredients to form a dough. Take a rolling pin and roll the dough into a slightly thick sheet, and using cookie cutter, cut the desired shapes.
3. I have used a rectangle cutter here. You can also roll the dough into a log shape in a butter paper or cling film, wrap it tight and store them in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Take them out, remove the outer cover and slice them into pieces using a knife. Arrange these cookies in a baking tray lined with butter paper and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degree C.

Notes:
- If the dough is thick, add drops of water or milk to knead.
- You can also add candied fruits on top and press to the cookie using a rolling pin so its visible on the top.
