I grew up drinking carrot juice every morning for almost a year before going to school as I used to skip my breakfast giving lame reasons. Thanks to amma for forcing me to drink this!!! Now, I love to have these along with a light breakfast for a filling tummy!!!
CARROT JUICE WITH GINGER RECIPE

Preparation Time: 5 minutes Serves: 2 cup
Ingredients:
Carrot - 3, fresh,peeled, cut
Ginger - 2 '1' inch piece
Ginger - 2 '1' inch piece
Honey (or) Sugar - 2 tbsp
Water or Chilled Water - 1.5 cup
Method of Preparation:
Blend everything to a fine mixture with less water and filter through a strainer. Discard the pulp. Add honey and required water to the juice. Stir and serve chilled!!!
