A tasty and healthy chutney made from curry leaves which has numerous benefits for women when consumed in any form. Best way to consume is raw but I prefer these chutneys and powder's which are yummy than raw!!!
CURRY LEAVES CHUTNEY RECIPE

Ingredients:
Urad Dhal - 1 tbsp
Dry Red Chillies - 3 long, broken
Curry Leaves - 1 cup, washed
Tamarind - 1 amla size ball / 2 inch long
Coconut (Chopped pieces or grated) - 1/4 cup, fresh
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Water - as required
Salt - to taste
Oil - 1 tbsp
To Temper:
Oil - 1/2 tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/4 tsp
Urad Dhal - 1/2 tsp
Method of Preparation:
In a kadhai, heat oil and add urad dhal and red chillies. Saute till the urad dhal is roasted golden brown. Add curry leaves, tamarind and coconut. Saute well in medium heat. Add salt and asafoetida. Switch off the heat and allow it to cool completely. In a mixie or food processor jar, add the curry leaves mixture and required water. Grind to smooth consistency with water. Transfer to a bowl. In a tadka pan, heat oil and temper with mustard seeds and urad dhal. Transfer to the chutney. Mix well and serve with dosa!!!
Serve with adai dosa, dosa, idli!!!!
