Had been a hectic day without power supply, no cooking , no eating, just going mad to find the fault in our electrical connection. The rains and cable works damaged our entire electric connection. Finally managed to get an temporary connection. Missed blogging and could not wait to share this amazing dish. Here is my first fish post on the blog for fish lovers...it is an delicious fish fry!!!
RED SNAPPER FISH FRY RECIPE

Ingredients:
Red Snapper / Snakara - 1/2 kg
Oil - for frying
First Marination:
Lemon Juice - 1/2
Salt - as required for each fish
To be ground to fine paste and used for Second Marination:
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tbsp
Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp
Corinader Powder - 1 tsp
Corn Flour - 1 tsp
Food Colour (Red) - pinch (Optional)
Method of Preparation:
Oil - for frying
First Marination:
Lemon Juice - 1/2
Salt - as required for each fish
To be ground to fine paste and used for Second Marination:
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp

Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tbsp
Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp

Method of Preparation:
1. Clean and prepare the fish and marination paste. For first marination, make small slits using a knief on both sides. Rub with salt and lemon juice on each piece. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
2. Prepare the secound marination paste with little water to form a fine paste. Rub the marination deep and fully over the fishes and let it marinate for 2 hours. Heat oil for deep frying, add the fishes one by one.
