Ingredients:
Rava - 1 cup
All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 cup
Rice Flour - 1 cup
Salt - to taste
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Water - 1.5 cup to 2 cup or as required for consistency
To Temper:
Ghee - 1 tsp
Cashew-nuts - 10, broken to small bits
To Temper:
Oil - 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Whole Pepper - 1 tsp
Curry Leaves - few
Method of Preparation:
All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 cup
Rice Flour - 1 cup
Salt - to taste
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Water - 1.5 cup to 2 cup or as required for consistency
To Temper:
Ghee - 1 tsp
Cashew-nuts - 10, broken to small bits

Oil - 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Whole Pepper - 1 tsp
Curry Leaves - few
Method of Preparation:
1. In a mixing bowl, add rava and water. Soak for 30 minutes minimum and 2 hours maximum. They absorb water. Add maida and rice flour. Add water again for the desired consistency.
2. Heat ghee in a tadka, fry cashew nuts till golden brown. Add to the rava batter. Heat oil in a tadka, temper cumin, curry leaves, pepper. Add to the rava batter.
3. Add salt and pepper powder. Mix well. Heat dosa pan, once its hot enough, pour the batter with a laddle from the edges towards the centre. Drizzle oil on the sides and in the holes here and there. Once it starts to turn crisp, the dosa starts to remove from the tawa. Flip over and allow the other side to cook for 30 seconds.

- You can also add finely sliced green chillies for extra spicy.
- The rava has to be soaked for 30 minutes at least.
- Few variations of this which we make at home are fruits rava, tutti frutti rava, onion rava, vegetable rava.
