Crispy Vegetables |

Praveen presented us with a spicy, delciious, and easy veg starter recipe perfect for evening snack or party snacks "Crispy Vegetables".

Ingredients:
Corn Flour - 5 tblsp
Maida - 5 tblsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp
Black Peppercorns - 1/2 tsp, powdered
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil - 1 tblsp + as required for frying
Garlic - 1 tblsp, finely chopped
Spring Onions - 1/2 cup, chopped
Schezwan Sauce - 4 tblsp
Mixed Vegetables - 2 to 3 cups, sliced lengthwise (baby corn, cauliflower, potato, capsicum etc.)
Method of Preparation:
1. Combine the corn flour, maida, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, peppercorns and salt in a bowl.
2. Add enough water and mix well without any lumps.
3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
4. Dip the mixed vegetables and fry them in hot oil until golden brown.
5. Remove and drain excess oil.
6. In a separate pan heat little oil and fry the garlic until golden.
7. Add the spring onions and saute well for a minute.
8. Add the fried vegetables and schezwan sauce.
9. Mix well and serve at once.
