Cucumber Salad Recipe | Salad Recipes

I got this salad idea of using mayonnaise with cucumber from eHow and ever since I make this often to have as a quick filling and refreshing salad after workouts. The recipe is good when refrigerated for a minimum of 2 hours. 


Cucumber - 1, medium, peeled, cut into cubes
Tomato - 1, small, deseeded, chopped into cubes
Milk - 1 tbsp
Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
Pepper - 2 tsp
Black Salt - to taste

Method of Preparation:

  • In a mixing bowl, add milk and mayonnaise and whisk till the mayonnaise is smooth. Add salt and pepper. Whisk and keep aside. 
  • Deseed tomato and cut into cubes. Slice the ends of the cucumber, peel the skin and cut into medium dice. 
  • Mix cucumber and tomato with mayonnaise mix. Refridgerate for 2-4 hours. 
  • Serve chilled.
