I get this sandwich from a shop outside the supermarket where I buy vegetables. I love to try different types of filling and this is one I would suggest anyone to try first.
The cheesy, spicy and delicious paneer filling makes it a perfect tummy filler with a cup of hot coffee or juice.
SCHEZWAN PANEER SANDWICH RECIPE

Ingredients:
Bread Slices - 4, whole wheat/sweet
Schezwan Sauce - 2 tbsp
Onion - 1, slices
Tomato - 1/2, slices
Chaat Masala - 1 tbsp
Paneer - 4 tbsp
Cheese Slice - 2
Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
Butter / Ghee - 2 tsp
Schezwan Sauce - 2 tbsp

Chaat Masala - 1 tbsp
Paneer - 4 tbsp
Cheese Slice - 2
Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
Butter / Ghee - 2 tsp
Method of Preparation:
1. Place one slice of bread in a plate, apply butter on the outer side. On the inside, spread schezwan sauce, then place onion slices/rings, sprinkle chaat masala.
2. Grate paneer generously over it. It must be completely covered with paneer. Place tomato slices.
3. Add a cheese slice, add onions on top and sprinkle chaat masala. Now take another slice of bread and apply mayonnaise for the inside. Gently keep over the filling and press gently. Apply butter/ghee on the slice outside.
Grill in a greased griller or iron skillet for 5-7 minutes or till the sandwich is brown and cheese starts to melt.
