Easy and refreshing salad. The mint infused flavours to watermelon and cucumber along with the goodness of flaxseed is amazing!!!
WATERMELON SALAD RECIPE
Ingredients:
Watermelon - 2 cups, deseeded, cubed
Cucumber - 1, peeled, diced
Cashew Nuts - 1 tbsp, finely chopped
Badam - 1 tbsp, finely sliced
Flaxseed Powder - 1 tsp
Black Salt - as required
Mint Leaves - 1 tbsp, finely chopped
Dressing:
Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Cucumber - 1, peeled, diced
Cashew Nuts - 1 tbsp, finely chopped
Badam - 1 tbsp, finely sliced
Flaxseed Powder - 1 tsp
Black Salt - as required
Mint Leaves - 1 tbsp, finely chopped
Dressing:
Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Method of Preparation:
Add every ingredient in a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate for 2 hours. While serving, add dressing and garnish with nuts on top.
