Different brands are emerging in the Indian market and choosing what's best for the baby takes some time and investing in different brands. The fit must be perfect for the baby to be comfortable and to prevent leaks. MCD ( Modern Cloth Diapering ) has different types like diaper covers, All in one, Pocket diapers with different types of insert to suit the requirement and absorbency. In this post, I am reviewing one of my favorite brand Bumberry with which I started my cloth diapering journey for my baby.

About the Brand: Bumberry
Bumberry is a trusted brand by mothers who want environment and baby friendly products which are of high quality and comfort. Bumberry gives a way to go green with cloth diapering. It comes in two variants, diaper cover and pocket diaper. They have good, attractive prints in both types and also have all plain colours to match with babies outfit.
Pocket Type Cloth Diaper is a one size reusable diaper with snaps making it suitable for babies weighing from 3 to 15 Kgs. The outer water proof material is made of polyester, the inner lining is made of wet free micro fleece fabric which stays dry allowing the inner absorbency pad to absorb the babies urine and the insert is micro fiber which absorbs the urine completely. The insert can be changed once it's soaked fully.
Pocket Type Cloth Diaper is a very excellent type in which we can keep the absorbing pads inside the pocket so it stays intact even when babies walk and crawl. Different types of absorbing pads or two absorbing pad can be used for better absorbency. Makes it easy to change the pads alone without having to change the pocket diaper for another use if not soiled.

I have never seen any offers on Amazon for this item but Firstcry has few offers in combos with 30% discount ( Wednesday Night 11.00PM Eleven minutes offer in which you place the order for above Rs 1500 to get 30% off ). Keep checking to build your stash with great deals and offers. You can also buy from their site BUMBERRY in which all the prints and colours are available while the other sites has fewer options. I have not found this in any retail outlets.
What I like about Bumberry Pocket Diaper:
- Attractive, lot of variety and colours.
- Light weight, breathable, skin friendly, and easy snaps buttons.
- Baby doesn't feel it bulky with two inserts at night-time and stays dry. Enough space for two inserts making it an excellent choice for night-time diapering.
- One size concept makes it economical in the long run. Can be used from 6 months to 3 years.
- Easy to wear, wash and dry.
- Leak proof design
- Cost wise economical when compared to other brands.
What could have been better:
- Leakage from the sides if the buttons are not properly buttoned or when the baby lies down sideways while sleeping.
