Hey all, today I am reviewing a website called IGP Indian Gifts Portal - One of the best online gifting stores for cakes, flowers and gifts.

My view on using the Website:
Website look and navigation is very easy,convenient and user friendly. The website is attractive like the personalized gifts they have. I really love their logo and how it unfolds the meaning. The top slideshow shows the upcoming festivals making it easier to time your gifting around and easily takes you to the link associated with the gifts.
The First Feature I would like to talk about is
Their filters easily gets you the gifts shortlisted which suits your loved one and the occasion. Look at the picture below, I like the Gifts by Recipient and Occasion tab, which easily sorts out the gifts you are looking for.
I can keep talking on the filters which quickly sorts on everything from personalization to cake sizes and colours of flowers. I personally feel the navigation is very important as customers get to sort and see the items they want easily making them to decide easily. They also get an idea of the gifts suggested for the occasion and personality.
The Second Feature I am going to write about is
They have around 350+ cities delivering same day gifts. At times we forget our beloved ones birthday in the busy lifestyle and morning when you open your laptop, the calendar beeps up saying its your bestie's birthday. And now you needn't feel guilty of not sending flowers as you can book same day delivery gifts. I am sure your friend will be more happy when she receives cake and flowers in her office.

My Shopping Experience with IGP:
It was my son's birthday so ordered a wooden tool set from IGP. I was surprised to see many collection in each range of toys. I shortlisted around 5 toys and decided on the wooden tool set as my son likes nuts and bolts very much. So thought this gift might interest him and so did the toy!
The whole process of ordering was smooth and hasslefree. I also wrote a Birthday Note for my son to be delivered with the toy.
You could track the status of your shipment in their site. The gift was received on the third day of ordering as mentioned. I was disappointed to find the toy wasn't gift wrapped but packing was done with bubble wrap to ensure safe delivery of items in transit which is also very important as wooden toys tend to break in transit. My son would have been happier to open a gift wrapped toy as we are used to surprises. The quality of the toy was good and he enjoyed playing with the toy.
My overall shopping experience with IGP was very impressive and I did recommend a couple of friends who were impressed with their service too.
